Sandy McDade, M.P.A, P.T
Sandy McDade has been a physical therapist for over 30 years. During her P.T. career she has worked in a wide variety of P.T. settings as an administrator and clinician. She worked at the Forbes Norris ALS Research and Treatment Center in the 1990’s and early 2000’s. She managed the clinic, provided patient care and helped to conduct drug trials. She has returned to the center in 2014 to work as the clinical physical therapist.
